With over 15 years in commercial and industrial electrical contracting, Fermin founded Preferred Industrial Electric LLC in 2018 with a vision to deliver quality, reliability, and integrity on every project. His leadership and experience—from federal dam upgrades to large-scale industrial systems—have built PIE’s reputation for precision and professionalism.
Orlando brings more than 20 years of field experience and proven leadership to every project. Known for precision and teamwork, he ensures PIE’s projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety across the Pacific Northwest.
With 20 years of administrative and operations experience, Morgan keeps PIE’s projects, people, and partnerships running smoothly. Her background in HR and compliance ensures the team stays organized, supported, and ready to grow.
